Deleting your Smore account means completely removing all of your newsletters and revoking any future access to your Smore account.
This is different from canceling your Premium Account (a paying account). Canceling your Premium account means keeping your Smore account active, but "downgrading" your account from paid to free.

If you would like to go ahead and delete your Premium Account, you must first downgrade your Premium account to Free, then follow the steps in this guide to delete your Smore Account.
Deleting Your Smore Account and Newsletters

In the upper-right corner of your homepage, hover over Account and select Account & Billing from the dropdown menu.Â

Scroll to the Delete Account section at the bottom of the page, then click "I’d like to permanently delete my Smore account".

For security reasons, you may be prompted to retrieve an authentication code to proceed.Â

Once you’ve entered the code, you’ll be asked to confirm permanent deletion.
💡 Note: Once you confirm deletion, your account and newsletters cannot be restored. You’ll need to create a new Smore account to start over.
