As outlined in our Terms of Service, all Premium Plans are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled by the user.

How to Cancel Your Subscription
1. Access your Account page: Hover over Account on the right side of the top toolbar, then click Account & Billing.
2. Click the “Cancel your subscription” link: Scroll to the bottom of the page. In the Delete Account section, click Cancel your subscription.
3. Follow the prompts: Complete all the cancellation steps. If you don’t finish the process, automatic renewal will remain active, and your plan will be charged again at the end of your billing period.
What It Means to Cancel Automatic Renewal
When you cancel automatic renewal, your Premium Plan will end at the close of your current billing period, and your account will be downgraded to the Free Plan.
You will still have access to all of your existing newsletters. However, you will not be able to edit existing newsletters or create new ones.
