On your Account & Billing page, you can view your plan type, check your billing period, and manage your credit card information.
1. Open Account & Billing
Click Account in the upper-right corner of your home page, then select Account & Billing.
Here you’ll find details about your plan, login information, and billing details.
2. Check your plan type
Scroll to the Pro Plan section to see which membership you have.
3. Review Billing Information and Receipts
In this section, you can:
- View your billing date
- Manage your billing preferences
- Access your past receipts
4. View Newsletter and Email Credits
Scroll down to see:
- Your Newsletter Credit Limit
- How many Email Credits do you have remaining
- Your Contact Limit
5. Manage Additional Settings
At the bottom of the page, you’ll find:
Email Settings – Manage newsletter notifications Privacy Settings – Choose whether your newsletters are Public or Private Delete Account – Permanently remove your account
FAQs
Q: How can I change my credit card?
Go to the Billing Information section and click Manage billing.
Q: How can I change my plan?
In the Pro Plan section, click See plans to view and select other options.
⚠️ Note: If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
