How to Schedule Your Newsletter to Send Later
1. Open Your Newsletter in the Editor
If your newsletter is still in draft mode, click “Publish Changes.”
2. Click “Share with Email”
Once published, click the green “Share with Email” button on the right side of the Editor.
3. Add Recipients
Click “Add Mailing Lists” to include your lists, or manually type email addresses into the “To” field.
4. Schedule the Send Date
At the bottom of the Share with Email window, find the “Schedule” field. Click the small Edit button on the right.
5. Open the Schedule Popup
In the Edit schedule pop-up, select “In the future.”
6. Select Date & Time
Choose your delivery date and time, then click the green “Save” button.
7. Finalize the Scheduled Delivery
Click the “Schedule Email Now” button.
A pop-up will confirm that your newsletter is queued for delivery and display your scheduled delivery details.
How to Check or Cancel a Scheduled Delivery
1. Open Your Newsletter in the Editor
In the top-right box (with options like Edit Newsletter, Preview, Settings, and Show Analytics), look for a clock icon and the number of scheduled deliveries.
2. Open Scheduled Deliveries
Click “Manage” next to the clock icon.
3. Cancel a Delivery
- Click the three dots next to the delivery.
- Select “Cancel Delivery.”
- To reschedule, first cancel the delivery, then recreate it with the new date/time in the Editor.
4. Confirm Cancellation
Click the green “Done” button once you’ve canceled the delivery.
