Q: What file types are supported?
A: You can upload the following formats: pdf, csv, doc, docx, pps, ppt, rtf, txt, xls, xlsx.
❌ Image files (png, gif, jpeg, jpg) are not supported—use the Picture widget for images.

Q: Can I attach a PowerPoint presentation?
A: Yes! PowerPoint presentations are fully supported.

Q: What size files can I upload?
A: Files up to 25 MB are supported.

Q: Who can access the attached files?
A: Anyone with access to your newsletter will be able to open the files.
👉 To limit access, make sure your newsletter is set to Private and only share with trusted viewers.

Q: How can I gain access to this feature?
A: Attachments are available only to paying users. To upgrade your plan, click one of the buttons below to visit our pricing page.

Q: Can I add an attachment so that it appears as an image in my newsletter?
A: Currently, attachments can only be added as links, not as images.
đź’ˇ Workaround: Take a screenshot of the file and upload it as a regular image to your newsletter.

Q: I have an Educator account, but don’t see the option to add a PDF file.
A: The Attachment feature is located in the Add Content section on the right-hand side of the Editor. You can also access it by hovering over a section in your newsletter and clicking the green +Add Here button.

Q: I tried uploading a file using the Attachment feature, but nothing happens when I click on the File widget.
A: The most common reason for this issue is that your browser cache is blocking access to the most recent update of the website.
✅ To fix this, try clearing your browser cache. We’ve created a step-by-step guide for each browser—click HERE to access it.

Q: I cleared my cache, but I’m still unable to upload files.
A: No worries! This may require some additional troubleshooting on our end.

Q: Recipients viewing my newsletter on their mobile phones can’t download my attachments.
A: Attachment accessibility depends on the internal browser of the messaging app your recipients are using. Some apps don’t allow attachments to be downloaded directly to a phone.
đź’ˇ We recommend asking your recipients to open your newsletter in Google Chrome on their phone, which supports downloading and opening attachments.
