Adding a video to your newsletter is as simple as doing a quick search!

How to Embed a YouTube Video in Your Newsletter

1. Open your newsletter in the New Editor. On the right side of the screen, find the “Add Content” menu. Click the Video icon.

   

2. If you already have a YouTube video URL, paste it here. Or, use the search bar to type in a keyword and browse available YouTube videos.

3. After selecting your video, click the green “Done” button to embed it into your newsletter.

Q: Why isn’t my YouTube video playing in my newsletter?

To preview your video, you must first publish your newsletter. 

Once published, click Play on the embedded video to see how it will appear and function.
