How to Access the Translation Feature (as a Smore User)

In the Editor, click “Publish Newsletter” (top right).

Next to the “Edit Your Newsletter” button, click “Preview Your Newsletter.”

At the top of the preview page, you’ll see the ADA and Translation options.

Click Translate and select your desired language.
How to Translate as a Recipient
- Recipients will see the Translate option at the top of the emailed newsletter.

From the Translation bar, select the language you’d like to view the newsletter in.

Q: Can I print the translated newsletter?
Not yet. Printing in translated languages isn’t currently supported, but it’s on our roadmap! Stay tuned for product updates.
Q: I’m on the $99 Educator plan. Why can’t I access Translation?
The Translation feature is only available on Educator Pro, Educator Premium, Smore for Teams, Non-Profits, and the highest Business plan. If you’d like to upgrade, visit our Education Pricing page HERE. You’ll only be charged a prorated amount based on where you are in your current billing cycle.
