How Recipients Can Translate a Newsletter on Mobile

Open the Newsletter on a Mobile Device
Recipients need to open the online version of your newsletter by clicking “View it in your browser” at the top of the email, the Translate button, or anywhere in the email itself.

Access the Translation & ADA Bar
At the top of the online newsletter, recipients will see the Accessibility Bar, which includes both the ADA and Translation features.

Click the Person Icon, Then Translate
Recipients click the person icon, select Translate, and then choose their preferred language.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do my recipients use the Translation Feature on mobile devices?
- The emailed version of the newsletters cannot be translated directly.
- Recipients must open the web version of your newsletter (via the “View it in your browser” link).
- From there, they can use the person icon at the top to enable the Accessibility Bar and select Translate Newsletter.
Q: Can I print a translated newsletter?
Not yet. Currently, newsletters can only be printed in the original language they were created in.
Q: I’m on the $99 Educator plan — why can’t I access Translation?
- The Translation feature is not included with the Educator Basic Plan.
- To access it, you’ll need to upgrade to Educator Pro or Educator Premium. Visit our Educator Pricing Page HERE for details.
- If you’re already on a Premium Plan and upgrading, you’ll only be charged a prorated amount based on your billing cycle. The prorated cost will be calculated at checkout.
✨ Pro Tip: Remind your audience to always click “View it in your browser” when reading on mobile so they can take advantage of the Translation and Accessibility features.
