With Smore’s RSVP feature, you can easily track who’s attending your event. Guests can respond directly through your newsletter, and you can monitor attendance in your newsletter’s Analytics section.
Continue to the guide below to learn how to create an event and manage RSVPs.

Click the “Event” button to add a new event.
Open your newsletter in the Editor, then click the “Event” button in the menu.

Create your event.
In the Event window, enter the following details:
Name of your event
When (start and end time)
Where (location)
Show/Hide the map.
Collect RSVPs for this event. Once a guest RSVPs, they’ll receive an email confirmation letting them know their response was recorded successfully.

When you are done, this is how your event appears:

To RSVP directly through your newsletter, guests simply enter their name and email address, then click Attend (RSVP).
⚠️ Please note: As the author, the RSVP option may look different to you in the Editor. To see how it appears to your audience, save your newsletter and click Preview.
1. Click the “Show Analytics” button in the Editor.
The Analytics overview for your newsletter will open.
2. Select the “RSVP” tab.
You’ll see a list of all RSVPs, including each guest’s name, email address, attendance status, and last updated date.
