Do you need to make changes to your personal account information? Follow the instructions below to access the Edit Profile page of your Smore account!
How to Edit your Profile Information?
1. Hover your cursor over "Account" in the upper right corner of your home screen, and click on "Account & Billing"
2. Click "Edit Profile". From there, you can open the Profile and change your account information.
On the Edit Profile Page, you can change the following:
- Name
- Bio
- Screen name
- Password
- Subscription
- Billing Information
- Email & Privacy Settings
You can also choose to delete your account or cancel your automatic renewal from your Edit Profile Page.

Can I change the ownership of my Smore account?
Yes! At any point, if you would like to change over ownership of your Smore account, just visit your Smore profile while logged into your account.
Then, change the email address and password to the new owner's credentials and click "Update Profile."
Please note: If the new owner already has a Smore account associated with their email address, they must first DELETE their old Smore account associated with their email address. Only after deleting the old account will they be able to use the email address for a new account.
Please note: If your account is associated with a Facebook/Google Login, you will have to reach out to Support first for assistance in changing the ownership.
I logged in through Facebook/Google, but I would rather log in with an email address and password. How do I do this?
No worries! Contact us at support@smore.com, and we will be able to switch you from a Facebook/Google login to an email address and password login on our end.
Can a Smore account be associated with more than one email address and password?
No. Each Smore account can only be associated with one email address and password.
