How to Download a Newsletter as a JPG/PDF

1. Open Your Newsletter Library 

2. Click on the thumbnail of the newsletter you’d like to download. 

   

3. On the right side of the Editor, click “Print/Download.” 

   

4. Download as JPG/PDF. Hover over “Download,” then select the format. 

   

5. View the File:
   • The file will appear either at the bottom of your browser window or in the default downloads folder on your computer.
   • Once saved, you can open the file in a photo editing program for further adjustments if needed. 

⚠️ Note: Any links, attachments, or buttons in your newsletter will not work in the downloaded PDF or JPG version.

FAQ: Can I Customize Page Breaks in a Downloaded Newsletter?

At this time, customizing spacing or page breaks in the PDF version of a Smore newsletter isn’t available.

Workaround:

Download your newsletter as a JPG. Convert it to a PDF using a free tool like Smallpdf

This method allows more flexibility in adjusting how your newsletter prints.
