How to Create a Poll
Step 1. Add a Poll to Your Newsletter
Open your newsletter in the New Editor.Â
On the right-hand side, in the Add Content menu, scroll down and click the Poll button.Â
⚠️ If you’re not on an eligible plan, this option will be locked, and you’ll be prompted to upgrade.
Step 2. Fill in Poll Details
Enter your poll question.Â
Add answer options for your audience to choose from.Â
You’ll need at least two choices to enable the Done button.Â
To add more options, click the last field labeled Add another answer.
Step 3. Set Voting Dates
Choose the start and end dates for when voting will be available. Your audience won’t be able to access the poll before the start date or after the end date has passed.
Step 4. Decide How Results Are Shown
Select Do not show results if you (the author) should see them.Â
Select Show live results if you want both you and your audience to see results as they come in.
Step 5. Finalize Your Poll
Click Done. Once closed, the poll will display how much time is left and whether results are visible.

FAQs
Q: Why can’t my audience access the poll?
A: Double-check your poll dates. If the start date is later than expected, your audience won’t be able to respond.Â
Open your newsletter in the New Editor, adjust the date, republish, and ask your audience to try again.
Q: Where can I find poll results?
A: Go to your newsletter’s Analytics, then click on Polls to view the results.
