Q: What is included with Smore/Finalsite Smore for Teams?
A Smore for Teams Account is a discounted plan for multiple users that includes all of the Finalsite integration features, plus:
- Management Dashboard
- Ability to collaborate on newsletters
- Unlimited Newsletter Credits
- Full Premium Plan Features (file attachments, scheduled deliveries, translation, expanded color panel, extra fonts, custom backgrounds, and more)
- Premium customer support
Q: What features are not included when using Smore through Finalsite?
When newsletters are sent from Finalsite instead of Smore:
- Email Report in Analytics: Email-specific analytics are limited to what is available within the Finalsite platform.
- Template duplication in Team Accounts: Team members cannot duplicate another member’s newsletter template. This feature is only available when editing directly on the Smore website.

Q: Who has access to the Smore integration in Finalsite?
Only Finalsite users designated as District or School Administrators have access to the integration.
Q: How many newsletters can I create through the Finalsite Free Trial?
The Special Finalsite/Smore Trial Plan includes 10 Newsletter Credits.
- Each new newsletter created uses 1 credit.
- The same newsletter can be reused and resent in Finalsite without using more credits.
- On the trial plan, newsletters can only be edited for up to four weeks after creation.
Q: How do I upgrade to a Smore for Teams Account?
If multiple Admins are interested in using Smore, we recommend clicking here and completing the inquiry form to get started.
Q: How do I edit newsletters through the integration?
To edit your newsletters:
- Log in to your personal Smore account through the Smore website in a separate browser tab (outside of Finalsite).
- Once logged in, you’ll be able to edit and access your newsletters directly from Finalsite.
