👋 Just a Heads-Up!
The Verified Sender Domain feature is available only to users on a Smore for Teams Account.
A Team Account helps schools, districts, and organizations streamline communication and build a consistent brand recognized by their entire audience.
What Is a Verified Sender Domain?
By default, when a newsletter is sent through Smore, recipients see the sender’s email as: yourscreenname@user.smore.com.
With a Verified Sender Domain, all members of your Team Account can send newsletters using your district’s domain instead of Smore’s. For example: yourscreenname@sunshine.edu
This ensures communication looks professional, consistent, and trustworthy.
How to Set Up Your Verified Sender Domain
-
Go to your Management Dashboard and click on Verified Sender Domain.
- Click the "Get Started" button to begin. Share the Records with IT. The next page will display SPF and DKIM records.
-
Click “Share with IT Department” to send these details directly to your IT team so they can complete the setup.
