Accessing Smore for Teams in Your Account
In your Account & Billing page, you can view your Smore for Teams membership details and accept an invitation (if you haven’t already).
- Click “Account” in the upper-right corner of your homepage.

Select “Account & Billing.” Here you’ll find details about your plan, login information, and billing.

Scroll to Smore for Teams under your account information.
- Here you’ll see the Team Plan name, your membership type, and the number of email credits your team has available.
FAQs
Q: How can I check my permission level in a Smore for Teams Plan?
A: Under your Team Plan name, you’ll see your permission level. If you’re an Admin/Owner, you’ll also see a “Management Dashboard” button.
Q: How do I know if I’ve been invited to join my school’s Team Plan?
A: In your Account & Billing page, scroll to the Smore for Teams section. If you’ve been invited, you’ll see the Team Account name with “Invitation” beneath it.
To join, simply click “Join.”
Q: What are email credits?
A: Each Team Account has a shared pool of email credits that renew monthly. Every time a member sends a newsletter through Smore, one credit is deducted.
If your team runs out of credits, please reach out to Support.
Q: I want more information about purchasing a Team Account for my school.
