ℹ️ Team Account Details
Under your Team Account name, you can view how many seats and email credits remain, as well as your upcoming renewal date.
💡 To maximize your Team Account, keep an eye on available seats and invite more staff members, teachers, principals, librarians, or even PTO members to join!
🧑🧑🧒🧒 Members Tab
Use the Members Tab to add or remove staff and colleagues from your Team Account. After adding members, you can also assign Admin roles so they can help you manage the account.

🗞 Newsletters Tab
The Newsletters Tab allows you to oversee all communications leaving your school or district. Here, you can review every newsletter created by your team.
As an Admin, you can also edit newsletters to ensure they align with your school or district’s brand guidelines.

🎳 Groups Tab
Managing a school or district-wide account can be time-consuming and complex. To keep things organized, you can create Groups — for example, by department, grade level, or building.
We recommend assigning an Admin to each group. The Group Admin can then manage their group’s members and oversee all communications within that group.

📊 Reports Tab
The Reports Tab provides a monthly summary where you can see your most popular newsletters and track how recipients engaged with them. Use these insights to boost parent engagement even further!

📧 Verified Sender Domain Tab
Send newsletters using your district’s email domain instead of Smore’s. This improves deliverability and helps increase open rates among your audience.

🎨 Brand Kit Tab
With Smore for Teams, Brand Kits help streamline communication and ensure consistent, professional newsletters that strengthen your school or district’s identity.

FAQs
Q. How do Team Email Credits work?
Each Team license receives 10,000 email credits per member, per month.
- Example: A license with 30 members will receive 300,000 email credits per month for the entire Team.
- Whenever a member sends a newsletter, the credits are deducted from the shared pool of credits for that license.
Q. What happens when someone who already has a Smore account joins the Team?
If someone with an existing Smore account joins a Team using the same email address:
- Their account is added to the Team.
- All existing content (mailing lists and newsletters) remains intact.
- Their individual subscription is automatically canceled once they join the Team.
